I have recently gone through Martin & Co and had nothing but fantastic service. The staff where brilliant, we had an unavoidable issue with the checks but they remained professional and very helpful which took a bit of stress of our shoulders.
When viewing the property the estate agent Abbie, was very friendly and knowledgeable about an queries we had which is very impressive.
We also had contact with another amazing member of staff Gabby who was fantastic and answered and queries or concerns we had and kept us up to date with the checks to make sure everything was going to plan.
Working in a background with very high levels of customer service I could not be anymore impressed with this company and look forward to using them again in the future. I am aware reviews always have bad areas where dis heartened people may write. However, everything that was from these people, have not been shown to myself and my friend during these coming weeks.
Ultimately impressed and thankful we have chosen a company who give high levels of service. I very much recommend Martin & Co as your estate agents.
