We recently purchased our first house through Belvoir and had a very seamless experience.
From the get go, Jan (& John), our agents, were very helpful and responsive; it was easy to get evening and weekend viewings to suit our schedule. Once our offer was accepted, it was never a problem to go and visit the property, even with family.
The purchase through to completion was done with ease. Jan always responded with answers to our queries within 24 hours and helped us to get in as soon as possible. As first time buyers, it was reassuring to have someone guide us through the process too.
We also received a box of goodies when we collected the keys which was a lovely touch.
I definitely recommend Belvoir.
