I am unable to write everything that is wrong with Northwood Central as it would read like a novel. They let their houses out in an unsafe and illegal condition and if you call them out on it there response is to threaten to throw you out. The staff and the owners constantly lie and contradict each other. This estate agent should be avoided at all costs.

Good morning Mark and Lindsey. At Northwood we have a policy that we try to keep even the most difficult client happy. This way we ensure we are consistently doing a great job. This can be evidenced by all of the nice reviews here.
Unfortunately, despite all of our efforts, this is sometimes just impossible, even for us.
