DO NOT USE THIS AGENT
We have been using Humphreys to let and manage our property for the last 5yrs. We would not recommend them and have now moved our property to another agent. Humphreys staff are difficult to work with, they have failed to ensure the property was kept to an adequate standard by the tenants - the garden is overgrown to the point of obscuring light from both downstairs and upstairs windows, the walls are covered in a sooty deposit, the smoke alarms have been disconnected, ALL the plastic drawers in the fridge and freezer have been broken, there are burn marks on the laminate floor etc... In addition, they informed us they would re-market the property on the current tenants handing in their noticed. They failed to do this meaning we have lost 2mths rent (its a very desirable property - we got a new tenant within 48hrs of it being marketed by the new agent AND at a higher rental value). When we complained about this staff were rude, saying that the letter they sent us was in contravention to their policy but failing to make any apology for their staff sending us the wrong information.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Improve customer service dramatically. Just because you are a letting agent does not mean you do not need to provide the bests service you can. Stop treating tenants as second class citizens, we pay our rent on time so treat us with the respect we deserve.Attached Filesnbsp;
