This agency is not trustworthy. I have been with them for a while and they gave me nothing but pain. It was a horrible experience being with Roooks and I advise anyone to not deal with them at all.
There were many problems in paying monthly rental to correct details of my bank and the agency didn't solve this problem even after I waited for over than 18 months. There was no regular statements reaching to me and it feels like a one man band agency. Despite of my family and work circumstances, I found absolutely no help with organizing my factoring payments or curtsy to inform me when the agency didn't pay them at all.
It was a very difficult experience for me and I advise all to stay away
