We sold our old house and purchased the new one using Thomas Morris - Ramsey. We chose them because Julie had shown us around a house a few years ago and impressed us with her knowledge of the house and area (rather than just letting us wander round). It's my impression that the office as a whole worked hard to sell our house, we had a number of viewings before an offer was made and we always had feedback on the viewing and what the position of the people viewing was at the time. Each time we visited the office, all staff members were aware of our house and the progress being made which was great, not having to rely on a certain person being in the office.
The purchase of our new house was not straight forward and I believe that had Julie & Joe not worked as hard as they did, it may not have gone through at all. They're exactly what you need from an Estate Agent and gave us the genuine feeling that they were working with and for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of an Estate Agent.
