As if it depended on me, I would not give a single star. They promise everything before signing the contract, then it turns out that you have to pay for electricity and water as much as rent. The rooms are damp, there is no efficient sewage system, there are rats in the garden and there is a muddle, there is no access to rubbish bins. Below I am describing in brief what has happened to me not pleasant with this company.
