Whilst searching for a property, I always found the staff at Bradleys most helpful. Once I had a buyer for my property, I rang Bradleys to advise them & got into the habit of ringing them on a weekly basis to see if anything new was waiting to be valued by them so that I could possibly be one of the first to view it. The staff had no problem with me doing this and, in fact, as they began to recognise my voice it became more of a social, friendly call to ring them weekly to see if there were any new properties. By keeping my profile quite high with them, it also meant that I was one of the first customers they rang to advise of a new property about to come on the market which I very much appreciated. Not every estate agent I was registered with offered such a helpful and efficient service.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
