My partner and I are renting a beautiful home in Newton Abbot, Devon, through the local branch of Bradleys whom we have found extremely helpful and professional.
It is the first time ever that I, personally, have rented accommodation so was a little bewildered with all the paperwork but found each member of staff extremely helpful in explaining everything. We also needed to contact other departments -- such as the finance section -- to pay deposits etc which were all clearly explained to us. And we were given a clear explanation of the council tax, and energy suppliers etc. Who had already been notified and who we needed to contact.
During this past week, we had our first three monthly inspection and the inspecting agent Sally Hooper proved extremely helpful and immediately followed up a personal request with the landlords regarding my desire to put up hanging baskets. Being new to the rental market, Sally also explained the way forward after our initial six month term has concluded. But as we explained we hope to be in our beautiful home and dealing with Bradleys for many more years to come!!

Complaints Procedure
