Excellent service from Lewis and Denise. They guided me through the process, were proactive with their updates (unlike my costly solicitors). They efficiently arranged appointments and were quick to follow up for feedback. I would highly recommend them - they put my faith back in estate agents.

We only went with this agent as they were selling a property that we wanted to buy. The vendor accepted an offer on this property. The agent didnt even tell us it was sold or even ask us if we wanted to increase our offer.
