So I have had to deal with Seymours 3 times now since they have close to a monopoly in Surrey and just the experience with them alone makes me want to move to a different part of the UK. Every time I had to deal with this company it always comes down to them being inattentive, unresponsive or just outright clueless.
My first encounter with Seymours ended up in an extremely delayed housing contract and a cancelled furniture contract (by the agency) which led to me sleeping on the damn ground for the first few days of the tenancy.
My second encounter was with another property I was interested in - however I could not get a hold of anyone from the Woking branch to provide me with extra details pertaining to the property for a total of 2 weeks (at which point I just gave up).
My last encounter was related to another property I found on their website but at this point to no surprise, their "contact us" form on their website doesn't work and spits out errors when completed.
All in all I absolutely despise this company and I will die a happy man if I don't have to deal with them ever again.

Extremely bad! Want £450 admin fees for phone calls + inventory check in but they do the check out! + reference fees + + + .... anything you can think of. Generally passing you to several people and no one knows what they do. They all have memory loss and you can end up with your accounts empty!
