The Branch Manager Christina is very dedicated to providing an excellent service and she definitely leads from the the front and by example, she can regulalarly be seen at her desk (at the front of their office) long after all the other estate agents in Abingdon have shut up shop. During the sale of our family home after nearly 50 years (on behalf of my very elderly parents), complex problems with the Title Deeds have been very challenging & often seemed insurmountable, but Christina and Paul have been very inovative in their approach and resolution of the problem and exchange of contracts now after several months looks imminent.
Comment on agent fees
Very good value, considering the amount of time and effort that has been taken/put in !

June 18th comment "exchange of contracts now after several months looks imminent"! in fact exchange eventually took place on 18th November and completion on 2nd December, the complex and challenging problems (concerning Title Deeds & The Land Registry) continued to the end, with an act of trespass also taking place 4 days before completion. Both Christina and Paul remained cool and professional with their guidance and in their handling of the sale, they kept our purchaser fully informed, updated, reasured and on board throughout, with the family fully expecting them to pull out and the sale to fall through, on many occasions.
