Awful estate agents very rude staff no support at all and ignores your emails and calls etc definately do not recommend these and so glad we left the property if there are noisy neighbours their supposed to support you oh and mice in the kitchen where they didn't sort before we moved in, terrible company and staff!!

Certain maintenance contractors lack the knowledge and skills required. Distracted and careless with their work and make a total bodge Job of it. Others are fantastic but few and far between due to being stretched too thin....

Mould, no hot water for the whole 6 months that we were in the property, broken cooker and dodgy lights all the way through leaky bathroom and broken toilet, unhelpful, rude and arrogant staff, and after regular emails and phone calls to report these issues to ...

All fees were extortionate, as we had to pay, £1300 originally, as well as £775 for the first months rent, and £240 to keep a dog at the property

What agent could do to change your mind?
as mentioned above. unjustifiable fees, when the council was told how much the fees were, even they said if you saved a little bit more you may as well go for a mortgage.
