It would be hard to single out one person in view of the excellent service which I received from this branch. I first met Nicola who took my original enquiry and Laurence who valued my property and advised me of the procedure. I also spoke to Diane and Donna on a number of occasions and they were all professional and helpful.The whole procedure was made painless by the actions of all concerned and I cannot praise them a d thank them enough.

Hi Lloyd, thank you for your feedback and I appreciate that a sale falling through is very frustrating, however the buyer provided their proof of deposit as well as their agreement in principle which is why we agreed the sale to them. During the process the bank decided not to lend which is of course annoying but sadly out of our control. Unfortunately the delays were out of our control, as your property is leasehold with the managing agents slow to supply the required information throughout the sale causing the delays.
