What a joke!!!
Had an appointment for viewing at 11am yesterday. Lauren the estate agent turned up late.
On the same day, had a 12pm appointment with their mortgage consultant, and was told the appointment was double booked.
What a shambles and a waste to time for potential clients!Don't waste your time with this estate agent. There are more professional ones in Southampton.
