Emma was nothing but professional and honest throughout the entire process! It was a real pleasure to be guided by her through what is potentially a very stressful time; with Emma that stress never came. Excellent communication at every stage (even the ones we didn't know about!) and a genuine desire to go above and beyond really made her stand out - I can't recommend highly enough.
