No Nicola there was’t ‘many other factors that lead to some of these issue’ as you know very well. Hopefully people reading your response will not fall for that. I had several conversations with you and letters back and forth, I gave you every opportunity to put this right. You are the head of that Company, I am confident you knew exactly what was going on. Legal advice tells me your company is in breach of contract, but I shouldn’t have to go through the time and effort it takes to go to court to force you to do the professional and ethical thing, in my opinion. You asked for written proof that the date of the check in was changed when you knew full well any written correspondence between myself and your company did not start until after the tenants had moved in, which is easily corroborated, thus proving all our dealings were undertaken in person or over the phone, not having it in writing have you the opportunity not to be honest, I won’t make that mistake again. You did the check in 8 days before the tenants moved in, nobody does that and there are dust sheets and paint pots in your photos etc please. Keeping your money was more important than fulfilling your contract. That’s your choice when I was at work we choose honesty and professionalism. We both know what went on here please don’t try and pretend otherwise.

Saira Haider who at the time ran the lettings department has since left the Company and there has been restructuring and both the lettings and sales departments are running more effectively and efficiently than ever.
