Where do I start? I am currently a tenant, I have been for some years. I'm very unhappy with the standards they work by at doorknobs and I would suggest you check other letting agents in town before begging any enquiries with them. Obviously if they have a property on the books you like then that's a obstacle. Beware of Katie Chamberlain in particular, she issues empty threats when placed under pressure which rely on here knowledge and your ignorance to work. Make sure you read your rights as a tenant and know them well enough to exercise them if necessary, this will save you a long and fruitless email exchange with whichever one in the office you're unlucky enough to be landed with.
I personally noticed in an email exchange that Katie kept referring to the landlord out of context, speaking for him in some cases, this led me to believe she was baiting me into saying something negative about him in order to curry favour and create friction.
If you're a new tenant or thinking of renting through them you should think it over and read all the reviews.
