Holy god where do i start .. we have a neighbour who's anti social beyond words think they are untouchable reported it all to the law nothing has been done rang emh to report it all nothing is getting sorted its a living hell . No one is safe for fear or threats of either violence or damage. We had Property damaged last year . Our pet was poisoned . People are refusing to return to their property because of threats of violence and intimidation . What is wrong with these people
