Premier estates have to be one of the worst managing agencies going. They charge extortionate fees for the management of the properties and appear to do very little work for this. It's not until you make numerous complaints to them until they actually do some work to the property, however what you will find is the survive for the year never seems to cover the amount it cost to maintain the building so they stick you with another jab with a so called 'balancing' fee.
For anyone looking to purchase a property where premier estates are the managing agent, I would seriously reconsider. They are not worth the hassle.
