The property in question was previously rented with another Agent on this road in Stokey and I was not happy with their attitude so this time I needed to be sure the next Agent would be totally professional and helpful. This was most important as the owner lived abroad and I had the responsibility to arrange first the letting and then latterly the Sale and I lived over 200 miles away. Clare the Letting Agent was always informative and helpful and when we had to sell I had no qualms but to let Andy take over from the Sales Department. They handled the letting and sale totally professionally and were always keeping us informed step by step. All questions answered immediately and the liason between the tenants and then the prospective buyers was very good. I can only report my experience and would certainly recommend Oakwoods for your business needs.
