I enlisted Arins to sell my property in Three mile cross last year after decided to move up the ladder. I had three agents come round to value and give their advice and Arins were the only agent who I felt gave honest advice and a realistic valuation. I signed with Richard there and then and he came back a week later to take photos etc. For one reason or another the property didn't sell for the amount I wanted - the market wasn't in the best place, lack of first time buyers viewing etc so I withdrew from the market. It was through no fault of Arins and this is a risk you take listing your house with anyone!
This year I decided to put the house back on the market and Arins were more than happy to help, despite already investing a lot of time they were straight over to re photograph and help me price the house up. Harry who i had dealt with before was my main point of contact this time around, the house went on the market on Thursday and we had two full asking price offers on the Saturday. What more could you ask for!
Its not just about the offers and the speed at which they came in that have left me so impressed with Arins, it is the service. Harry was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with, he kept me updated on a daily basis right through to exchange and was a really important part in bridging communication between the two sets of solicitors, buyers and myself. I have had poor experiences with estate agents in the past being dishonest and not forthcoming and Arins have absolutely changed my opinion on how an estate agent can and should be. I am very glad that I chose not to go with an online estate agent because I don't feel that I could have handled viewings and all the enquiries that they fielded in retrospect. Thank you so much Harry and team I would use you again and recommend you without any hesitation.
