Looking for an investment so made appointments to view 3 properties. 10 minutes before we were to meet agent at first property we received a phone call to say there'd been a change of plans. Someone else would meet us there but would be 10 minutes late. they were in fact 15 minutes late so not a great start. This person made it clear that they did not do viewings and had not done them for 10 years. They were doing it as the first agent had decided to have an afternoon off! They knew nothing about any of the properties they were showing us, and couldn't have been less interested, spent all their time in the properties and walking to the properties on their mobile texting or reading messages. Absolutely no customer care or interest. We were never contacted by the office after that to find out what we thought of the properties, no follow up at all so we went and bought two properties through an agent who values customers
