I really can't see how we can be perceived as 'not responsive'. Lea, contacted us on Monday with a few issues. We spoke to her landlord who asked us to research the issues. I visited the property the very next day, reported back to the landlord who instructed us to resolve the issues of which we are doing so booking in contractors to fix the shower and the fridge. We moved into our property in early 2019. Surrey and Hants moves things very quickly, to ensure that we got our keys within a couple of days.
Whilst living at the property, we had a couple of issues (not the fault of S&H) - when these issues arose, the team were efficient and responsive. The worst literally the worst estate agency which I ever met !! We were renting flat for nearly two years - the most horrible two years in our life.
