From the time we asked Charlie to value the property and to completion date we were delighted with the service we received from him and Village Estates. We were amazed that within 24hrs of placing the property on the Market Charlie had found us a buyer who was sincere and true to his commitment to purchase the property. Charlie was extremely helpful throughout the process. He always answered and retuned calls & texts promptly. We found it hard to criticise the service at any time. The solicitors recommended by Charlie were equally good and provided a very professional, competent service.
