I chose Links because of the genuine enthusiasm, expertise and interest shown by Mark when I first decided to put my property on the market. His helpfulness continued throughout the period of engagement. Communication with any member of the team was always friendly but professional, they were all approachable and helpful and any request was dealt with quickly. As a Grade 2 listed building, that was in need of a good deal of attention, the property was not the easiest to sell. As I live in the North of England I was dependent on the help from Links in making very regular insurance inspections. This was arranged without hesitation and throughout the protracted sale I was always informed when one of these visits had taken place. I was always contacted when a viewing was planned, then given feedback, gained from the potential buyer, as soon as it was available. I can only say a big thank you to the entire team at Links for the outstanding service they provide. They deserve all the awards they have won and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
