Having received the service from Rebecca Hoyles I did I would certainly not recommend Newton Fallowell Lincoln she was totally unprofessional to our needs, moving home can be very stressful and frustrating, however during a telephone conversation with a director of the company to have thrown in your face 'are you picking a fight with me' for questioning an update, I really question her actions!
I have given 1 star because of the actions of Abbie who in my mind is very professional and relates to the needs of the customer, she is an asset to the company.

Your review would have offended me were it not for the fact you are completely unpleasant person to work with unless you are getting your own way without absolutely any consideration for your buyer or the person you were buying from. I can only assume people like you navigate through your life spitting unkind and unwarranted accusations and of course despite the fact you are the common denominator it's never your fault.
I hope we never cross paths again.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Tell the truth. Honesty. Keep potential clients informed. They should have informed us many weeks ago that our application was not the first. Should have brought the forms on the day of the viewing and should have told us that we needed to complete asap. They should have returned our phone calls and emails. They kept us dangling for six weeks which we have lost when we could have been sourcing other property. Agents like this get other Agents a bad name. I would like to be reimbursed for the 460 mile trip and phone calls that I have had to make. Worst Agent ever.
