If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They do not provide a service whatsoever and if you so happen to need any form of assistance, you will never get it. It seems to me that Crabtree provide no service, no maintenance on the buildings they manage and do not respond to any requests or provide any form of communication. If you are a freeholder or a potential leaseholder, STAY AWAY from Crabtree! They are extremely expensive and you do not even receive the most basic form of management. My block is so so run down, it is never looked after, they have extreme costings and for what, the service charge increases constantly as well?! We have had holes in our common areas for years, I have raised this to them on about 10 occasions, there is never an update. I have emailed about 10 contacts in Crabtree, they are all the same UNRESPONSIVE. Look at the other reviews, this is the case for everyone, it is disgusting!

Stuck in the same situation - it's now been a year since Crabtree advised that the Millward Drive development had failed the cladding survey, with the lowest rating, basically meaning all of the apartments on the development are pretty much unsellable, unless you can find a cash buyer. There has not been one. single. further communication on the matter since.
