When I called * about a leak from my flat to the flat below asking for a plumber I was first told she would call one, then after phoning back hours later discovered she had called an appliance engineer, who could not do anything to fix or identify the leak.
On the phone * comes across as quite abrupt, and seemed to be oversensitive to my polite requests for updates on the plumber situation. I had to reassure her that I wasn't annoyed, I just wanted to be updated. This came across as unprofessional.
I know my flatmate has also experienced poor service*.

When the issue was reported the leak was said to be coming from the washing machine and the appliance engineer came out however this wasnt the issue and on his report we instructed a plumber to come out and the issue was rectified and updates made through out with regards to unprofessional manner i have listened back to the maintenance calls and havent come accross any calls that would or could appear to be unprofessional ...
