Jerome sold my property for the asking price within a few weeks, I can't recommend enough. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Jerome was always at the end of the line if I needed to call & responded very quickly to emails, very pleasant to deal with also. At valuation stage Jerome was honest with his valuation, letting me know what I could realistically expect to get for my property provided he could find me the right buyer, which he was able to do. Jerome's confidence in my property and his valuation meant I didn't rush into accepting any low offers but also meant my property sold quickly.

I'm really happy with the service I received from Jerome and have already recommended Beresford to my sister's boyfriend who is also selling his property. I believe Beresford have now found him a buyer also.

I clearly stated that I would like to be contacted via e-mails so did not understand why the agent attempted to call me at all. Even if that wasn't stated, I would still expect an e-mail follow up or when the agent plans to call, they normally double check the contact details.
