The service EastHaus offer is superb! Detail focussed, very honest and proactive. Jenna and Patrick also put in a huge amount of leg-work, arranging appointments, talking to buyers, as well as facilitating the process once you get an offer. I sold my flat through EastHaus this year and would recommend them to anyone whether to buy or sell!

It is always a difficult situation when more than one party wants to buy the same property. In these situations, we always ensure that all offers are put forward to the owners of the property and that we follow the owners instructions from there.
