The expression "You get what you pay for" doesn't always come to pass, however when it comes to the service I received from Country Properties (Hatfield) when selling my property recently, I would go as far as saying "with this outfit you get a whole lot more than you paid for"! Ironically this really was the case, as compared to the online agents where you pay up front (sale or no sale). I firmly believe the extra price these guys got me paid the fee (and some).

Taking this to one side, what you are really paying for is a person, yes a real live person. Someone who knows your name, listens to you, gives sound advice and most of all, works diligently in "your" best interest!!
