When my partner and I decided to move in to a new house, we expected to deal with disinterested, unresponsive letting agents, and having to keep chasing up applications and lease details. What we definitely did not expect was how transparent and communicative ELC would be. They're always quick to reply to an email or phonecall, and any questions or inquiries that I have had during the application process were swiftly resolved. The team at ELC are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to tenants looking to rent.
