WARNING! Do not trust The London Room Agency! They have not returned me £1000 of deposit!
I had been renting a room from them since September 2018. They told me I have to move out ASAP in March 2019 because the owner decided to sell the apartment and my deposit (£1000) will be returned in 14 days as stated in the contract. Almost two months have passed since I moved out on 6th April and I have not seen any penny from them!
They do not respond to calls.
They do not respond to e-mails.
They do not respond to text messages and via WhatsApp.
They closed their office located near the West India Quay DLR (52 Cannon Workshops, E14 4AS)
There is NO possibility to reach them at all! I try every day!

I have experience with this scammers. I was renting a place in 2019 manged TLRA, still missing my deposit. I suggest leave that place and claim your deposit before you need to start a lawsuit against them, as I need to do.
As I see your comment, do you know if the still have offices on London, 52 Cannon Workshops, Cannon Drive?, as been closed when I've been chasing this people to have my money back. Also, I recent realised they joined Telegram.

Wow, the fact that they're so blatant about ripping people off without regard for the consequences is frankly as large an indictment against the failure of UK law to protect consumers against fraud as it is against them. Someone should do something about this. ...

Never answered back to phone calls and emails, didn't give the deposit back.
Don't go with this agency because they are not professional and are a fraudulent agency.
I'm going to have a court action....
