The first dealings with PV Lettings seemed to be ok but then we were dropped like a ton of bricks and Peter washed his hands with any dealings. Always taking the word of the landlord despite photographic evidence to show otherwise. Then there is the issue of getting your deposit back, good luck with that. Very rude on the phone and not willing to listen on any issue raised. Our experience with PV lettings and the Landlord at Kilnkeir has been awful and I would advise to stay clear of both. 1 room uninhabitable for 5 weeks due to damp and mould ,no recompense on the rent during that time. Do not trust a word from PV lettings.

I don’t manage this property, it was on a tenant find basis so how there can be a complaint against me I have no idea. Checked the outgoing inventory against the ingoing and advised appropriate factual deductions.
