Hi - thank you to Kim who, from the word go of meeting me in March 2019 did a sterling job at keeping me informed, answering all my questions and liaising fast with the landlady to answer other questions i had before signing the contract. I was most impressed and this has been a great experience. Thanks Kim!
Since renting the property and having to deal with various bits'n'pieces connected to it, i have found Louise to be very professional, courteous and helpful in her email exchanges with me. Things have gotten responded to very fast and i have been happy.
The only time there was an issue was early on in the rental, the wind blew through the house and the front door locked on me with my keys indoor! This was on Good Friday of all days :-// And, when i called the office, someone answered and told me someone would get back to me - but no-one ever did (:-/) thankfully, i was able to get back in aided by my son sticking his thin arm thru the letter box and opening the Yale latch (scary to think how easy this can be done if the other lock is not locked :-///) but lesson learnt and i make sure if have the front door key every time now!!!
(So, this was not directly Louise's responsibility, but i don't know who was meant to contact me back... but nobody ever did that day - only after Easter Monday i recall someone called to check on me - but that was days later!)

I suppose fine, though i cannot compare with other estate agents to check as i have not rented for some years.
