Tobie originally valued our house just before we had a water leak and had to postpone our sale. He followed up in a diligent manner, without ever being pushy, and eventually once the house was repaired we had it revalued by Tobie and put it on the market. His advice was fair, reasonable and without any of the unrealistic promises some of the other agents we saw made. The house sold quickly and both Tobie and Grant were extremely helpful, courteous and professional throughout. I would certainly use them again.
