When I first came to meet Mike Tomlinson back in March 2015 it was at the recommendation of a colleague who had used Brookdale for years. 'Good as Gold' he called them. And they were. Professional, great governance, excellent communication and proactive throughout our first tenancy with them. We have just completed our first tenancy changeover with them and as a small landlord you genuinely feel you have a small army behind you. Paul and Jessica on the marketing, Richard on the management side, Tracey, Julie, Magda, Conor all in the mix. Its a shame I can only add two named members to the review....they all work as a team. The thing I was most impressed with was how they did the tenant checkout, and damage identification- their attention to detail is second to none (thanks, Richard), For the marketing, it was a bit tough- the timing didn't help with easter and a bank holiday, but Paul and Jessica kept us posted throughout. It was clear they were working hard for us, and we never felt we were forgotten . At no point did we feel the need to pick up the phone and say 'what's happening' . They always told us what was happening in advance. Highly recommend them , and plan to stay with them as long as we have a property in Peterborough.
