Having been with a previous estate agent ( not my choice ) we decided to change. Having heard Hannells were good we decided to give them a try. Right from walking through the door for the 1st time l knew we would be getting a very professional service. Eve was the 1st lady I spoke to, she was very welcoming, professional and a very pleasant young lady. I met Sam at the house for the pictures and valuation he also was very polite and pleasant, and he took his time to explain things to me. The next person I spoke to was George, he has been an absolute ' Gem '. He's also extremely professional, pleasant, polite and everything he said he's doing he's done it. He's put my mind at ease with any queries, he's answered all my questions and he ensured I have been given ,feedback verbally and with emails. He is a definite asset to your company and he deserves recognition for all his hard work, and reassurance. I have also shared phone calls with Sarah, another very pleasant and happy employee of yours. The whole team are an asset and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company, to anyone wishing to sell a property. Having said it already I repeat, your staff are polite, professional, welcoming, happy, re assuring and approachable.
