£6200 in fees for a £14,000 property!!! whats worse is the £200 legal pack searches were out of date and the seller was forced to pay for new ones. Granted the seller paid no agents fees we paid them some £6000. The only positive is we paid way way way below market value for the property, I can only assume other buyers were scared off by the high fess. This is my second purchase from Iamsold and while I don't like the fees when in paying 50% under market value for the property I will continue to use them all the time sellers accept such a poor result!!

The non-refundable nature of the Reservation Fee is disclosed on our website, our Buyer's guide, the Bid Registration, our Terms and Conditions, and the Reservation Agreement. This fee is paid to reserve a property exclusively to the Buyer for purchase in the Reservation Period.

As mentioned on the other review platform, The Appeals Process is there to give Buyers the opportunity to challenge the Review Panel's decision to retain the non-refundable Reservation Fee. We will respond to you within the stipulated timescales and if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome you may then approach The Property Ombudsman.

You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties.
You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that.
This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Best Estate Agent in Newcastle upon Tyne 
Whilst the fee is 4.2% of the final purchase price, subject to a minimum of £6,000 inc. VAT, all customers are aware of the fees due to full transparency offered by IAM Sold. It is the Buyer's own decision if they wish to pay these fees.
Please note that property searches do not have an expiration date; however, mortgage lenders on most occasions wish these to be less than 6 months old. Therefore, IAM Sold provides an indemnity insurance policy free of charge to cover for any searches of this nature that is accepted by most mortgage lenders. Any lenders that do not accept indemnity insurance policies, IAM Sold will reorder the searches at no extra cost to the Seller.
Whilst you have noted that you would not recommend IAM Sold, your comments seem to contradict this and provide no clear example of a general service experience, which deems your review unhelpful for any potential customer.
