I cannot state strongly enough that I would never use Pedder's services for letting or indeed sales ever again. I let a flat from Pedder East Dulwich. Their performance was unprofessional and incompetent from start to finish. Their check in and check out process was poorly handled by their property manager, Vince Orlando, with the result that we were overcharged for deductions by >50%. This was upheld by the Tenancy Dispute Service. Their central complaints procedure was ultimately dismissive and demonstrated a poor understanding of the law regarding letting.
