Dealing with Nathan and NMR Lettings was a pleasure. I asked him to take over one of my properties that has always been difficult to let. He immediately gave me an honest appraisal of the property and advice on how to improve it. It let almost immediately after the improvements and at a higher rental value then it has ever achieved. I have been well informed throughout the process which was smooth and professional.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
