So i have rent a room with them starting last year, Which before i have fill in the booking form the agent said that the contract will be a one year contract on a 6 month break clause and i ask i will be available to leave the property after 6 month and he said yes. Soon after fulfilling 5 month in the property i gave them a 2 month notice that i wanted to move out of the property and i was ask to pay a replacement fee fine i will pay, which is a week of the rent and i been ask to advertise the room myself as well. Then after 2 week i ask them if there is any update regarding my room NO there isn't any they just keep on telling you that you have to pay for the room despite that you have move out of the property and until the next tenant move in. Which i found is ridiculous. Soon after i move out the agency still ask my the pay the rent, even i have return the key to them. Guess what after 2 month no email or anything regarding the replacement. What a rip off. Furthermore despite talking to them multiple time they are not even giving a prove that they have even posted the room online, every single time they will just tell you that the room is advertise in spareroom, badi and so on. but in reality there isn't any advert at all. i have check across multiple app for accommodation and there is nothing there except for my advert. There is also that one time where the house broiler is spoiled, it take them 5 days just to send someone to fix it. Imagine showering in a freezing cold water for the few day and we only got 20 pound off the bills. They do not take care of the property as well, the cleaner is sort of useless every single time after he clean is not better than before and the property is in a bad shape. Last thing guess what, i been told to pay the last 5 month of my rent in a week despite i am not staying there anymore.
I really hope that the company is shut down for eternity and stop harming people. This guys are the worst excuses after excuse.
