“Terrible service, would not recommend...”

My experience of this incompetent bunch is unsatisfactory to say the least. It started out badly - I made an appointment to go to their office to sign the contract, they didn't have the contract available. The young lady who attended to me was unable to print off a copy (why ?), we had to wait for an hour until the office manager arrived so that he could print off a copy for me to sign. Later in the tenancy, requests for repairs were ignored - these included a washbasin held up with wooden blocks that had been highlighted during the initial viewing, as well as an electric heater that fell off the wall. Come the end of the tenancy, they withheld £100 of my deposit for cleaning fees - for a little dust on the skirting boards, and stains on the carpet which again I had highlighted during my initial viewing. Even if cleaning had been required, it was a tiny flat that would take no more than 1 hour to clean thoroughly, so £100 seems a tad excessive. Would never use or recommend this company again.

Firstly i can not understand why you would have had to wait 1 hour to have your tenancy printed when all our documents are signed via e signable and a copy automaticaly arrives in your email ?
Second you say your sink was held up by block of wood well all our properties are checked by an independent inventory company who take pictures and tell the condition of every item so i can not understand why this was not in the inventory.
Clearly states cost of cleaning in your tenancy and if you was so concerned why did you not have it cleaned as per tenancy terms and supply an invoice for cleaning company?
