They don't communicate, you have to chase them. They lie rather than admit they don't know something. It took us over a month from letting the property to being able to use the master bedroom for a problem we were told at viewing was already scheduled to be corrected.
Comment on agent fees
They were high. But not lots higher than others in the area

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have been upfront with us from the start and mentioned the chain. They were too eager to conclude a sale instead of getting the facts right. After all, they were employed by us not the buyer or anyone else. They should not employ people in a customer facing position who are unfamiliar with the conveyancing process who only made matters worse.Attached Filesnbsp;
