Moving house in London is never particularly easy. Harry made it so.
Generally I have never particularly got on with estate agents, I have found most to be quite sharky and relentless. Harry has changed my opinion on the industry as a whole. He was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with throughout. He never pushed us, or over promised in order to get a sell. He was willing to let us make a decision, at our own pace.
In an industry which is heavily target driven I can imagine that there are no end of incentives for Harry to approach his work differently. It is a true comment to his character and his professionalism that he has not bent to these pressures and continues to put the client first.
I would certainly use Harry again, and if he were to move on from Pedder, I would be happy to follow him. They have a star in the making there, and I only hope he doesn't change between now and when I next need to move house!

Comment on agent fees
Agent fees are always a nightmare, so I would never be particularly happy with them, but I understand they have to exist. Harry seemed fair enough, but I imagine it this is driven by the business rather than Harry himself, but I could be wrong.
