I bought a house thru another agent and hammondlee would not take it off rightmove even after being instructed to by the vendors,they are full of lies and show an incredible amount of arrogance.

I think they are high, which would be fine if the service is on par. Even our "offer" wasn't great...in line with other estate agents.
