We have been very pleased with the level of communication and cooperation we have had with you all. The only minor grumble is that we were originally told that the new tenants would be moving in on 1 April and this produced some panic in getting a new curtain for the landing and doing some work outside. We are not complaining that it took until 26 April to get new tenants installed, this was not unreasonable.
Comment on agent fees
Very reasonable... I would say that the money has been well spent and the recent increase in fees has been necessary in view of the changes in legislation
