My property has been in the market with Peter Alan in the past 4 months. In the last 4 months I have been asked to drop down the sale price 3-4 times which I have agreed to do it once. Still no luck with the sale. Even I have not got one descent offer. The communication has been the poorest of all. There are no regular weekly reports. There is no follow up on 2nd viewing arrangements or what the status should be. It has been up to me to chase them and ask them to give me an update. I had to pay for the photographer as well.

Very high and as I said I had to pay for the photographer.
