These are the worst agents we have dealt with. They manage our flat for us as we live abroad. They have not delivered on any of the 'obligations' that they identified when selling us their property management services. They rarely respond to correspondence, they've not sent us any property inspection reports at all this year (when promising them quarterly) and just recently they raised the rent on our (good) tenants without telling us or seeking approval from us first, then rented another property within the same complex to them at a cheaper rent! Our tenants are now leaving our property. We had no idea until a family member went to do an inspection because the agents had failed to do so. We also found out that there were various things that needed to be fixed within the apartment that we were not informed of, and the tenants had been asking for repeatedly to be fixed.
Unprofessional, lazy, arrogant and cannot be trusted.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done what we paid them to do.
